Who we are and why contractors buy from us.
We're Sasee Industries, founded in 2005 as a VDF (Vacuum Dewatered Flooring) contractor in Tamil Nadu. In 2020 we began manufacturing our own concrete flooring machinery under the Emily brand. Today we manufacture, sell and service that range across Tamil Nadu.

Choosing and learning about the machines.
It depends on the slab size, finish and access. As a rule of thumb: laser screeds for striking off and levelling large floors, ride-on trowels for finishing big slabs fast, petrol/walk-behind trowels for bays and edges, beam vibrators for screeding, and the polishing machine for a cured high-gloss finish. Tell us your project and we'll recommend the right model.
Our ride-on power trowel and 4-wheel laser screed are available with Honda GX-series engines for dependable, long-run output. Walk-behind machines use reliable petrol engines suited to the job.

Getting a price and placing an order.
Use the Request Quote form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp. Share the machine you're interested in, your floor area, location and timeline — we usually respond with a quotation within one business day.
We sell direct from the manufacturer. That means fair pricing with no middleman margin, plus technical guidance and after-sales accountability from the people who build the machines.
We arrange dispatch across Tamil Nadu and confirm delivery timing with your quotation. Larger machines are crated and transported securely; we'll talk you through handover on arrival.
Yes. We supply genuine Emily spare parts — pans, blades, bearings and engine parts — kept in stock and dispatched on request. Tell us your model and the part you need.
Spares, service, maintenance and training.

Response depends on your location and the issue, but we prioritise downtime and typically respond within about 24 hours across Tamil Nadu. Stocked spares mean many repairs are done in a single visit.
Yes to both. We set up preventive-maintenance schedules to keep machines site-ready, and provide hands-on operator training covering safe operation and finishing technique.
